After creating a Personnel Requisition and saving it the status is Prepared. On trying to RMB > Confirm we are receiving the message You are not allow to perform this action.
Any ideas?

Please check the Requester field in the Personnel Requisition field. See whether your login user’s person ID is different to the Requester.
