Dear Community,

I was just looking to implement Performance Management in IFS and wondered if anyone had any good/bad lessons learnt or sample basic data that I could use to get the system up and running?

Did anyone respond to you on this topic?  We are in a similar position and are looking to implement Performance Management and keen to talk to anyone who is using it.

Hi Graeme, 

No, I didnt receive any responses. Nevertheless we are proceeding with Performance Management in IFS Apps9. Despite the UX not being great we are using Lobbies to draw back the user to something circa year 2020. 

We have added a few custom fields but overall the module is straightforward and does what it says it says on the can. We redid the layout of the form and will add a custom LU for development areas. 

Happy to share once we get it off the ground.
