Parental leave functionality Netherlands

The parental leaves function in Netherlands can be categorized in to four major components.

  1. Birth Leave - The duration of the birth leave is equal to the persons individual working hours per week. So, a person who works 40h per week, has right to take 40h birth leave. This is a fully paid leave and needs to be taken within 4 weeks after birth of the baby.
  2. Additional Birth Leave - The duration of additional birth leave is five times the persons individual working hours per week. So, if a person works 40h per week, the person has right to 200h of additional birth leave. Prior to the additional birth leave, the person must have taken the birth leave. The person should take the additional birth leave within six months from the first day after delivery. During the additional birth leave, the person receives 70% of his/her last gross monthly salary.
  3. Paid Parental Leave - Any parent that has a child who is younger than 8 years old, can take parental leave. The leave lasts a maximum of 26 times the persons individual working hours per week. So, if a person works 40h per week, the person has right to 1040h parental leave. However, during 9 weeks of parental leave, the person can receive a 70% of the daily wage (up to 70% of the maximum daily wage). The condition is that these 9 weeks are taken in the first year of the child's life.
  4. Unpaid Parental Leave - The remaining weeks of the above 26 weeks are unpaid and can be taken until the child is 8 years old. Also, when a person takes unpaid leave, the holiday balance accrual will be less.

My questions:

  1. Is there a possibility in the standard functionality to calculate the start values of the different balances mentioned above automatically?
  2. Is there a possibility in the standard functionality to automatically convert the remaining hours of paid parental leave balance to the unpaid parental leave balance?
  3. Each unpaid parental leave must result in a reduction of vacation balance (following this formula: Amount of vacation hours per year / amount of workable hours per year = factor for calculation the reduction amount. This factor * amount of hours of unpaid parental leave used = amount of hours to be deducted from vacation balance. Is there a possibility in the standard functionality to automatically settle unpaid parental leave (after approval of absence request) with holiday balance?
