Hi All,

What is the best way in IFS Application to manage Overtime Pre-Approvals? The end employees in our environment should get the approval for the overtime from their line managers.

​@TopMalinG : There is no standard process available for overtime pre-approval in IFS Cloud. It can be achieved through modification

Employee can request pre-approval overtime request through new screen (My Overtime Pre-Approval) self-service with following fields:

Request ID - System generated, Year, Month, Expected OT Hours for the Month, Business Justification, Status, Created By, Created Date.

Once employee confirm the request, manager can approve it through new screen in Manager Services (Overtime Pre-Approval).

After approval, employee will be able to enter overtime hours into time sheet and it should validate with approved overtime hours.
