Good evening.  I am defining Org Structures.  Some of the units have the same names for example Business Unit is Finance and within Finance Division there are “sub” divisions of which one is also called Finance.  Suggestions for Naming Conventions to use in such a case for the Org Units so that a distinction can be made between the levels in the Structure?  Many thanks.  Anya

Hi Anya,

As you know each org unit is also linked with organization level which is Division, Business Unit, Sub- Division in your example.

You may take the different series for each organization level or some prefix

e.g. Division > DV0001: Finance

Business Unit > BU0001: Finance

Sub-Division > SD0001: Finance

Hope this will help
