Labor Clocking calculation issue

Hi Community,

 

We are using Apps 9 UD15. It has been identified that some direct employees are experiencing issues when clocking to jobs. If the work is performed over the period 12:00:00 PM to 12:01:00 PM, the system removes 1 hour from the total labor booking, for example:

 

Employee 1:

starts production at 10:45:00 AM on 17 March 2021

Stops Production at 25:42:00 PM on 17 March 2021

Total labor time should be 3.98 hours, instead what is reported is 2.98 hours

I then stepped through (in TRN) adjusting the start and stop times to check the reporting entry and all were accurate until the 12:00 to 12:01 period. In the testing, if the clocking was broken out into two discrete entries, all was OK.

Apologies for the typing error. The stop production time should read 2:42:00 and not 25...
