Issue with usage of the absence limit??

Hi,

I have 2 valid absence limits for ARTT, one line ending at 30th April and the other line ending at 31st December. However, when register an ARTT absence before 30th April system always deducts automatically from the line ending at 31st December (highlighted line) instead of  the line at 30th April.

 

 

Is there a way to control this? How can I select the 30th April line to get deducted when registering ARTT leaves?

Hi Nimesh,

One of the absence types is the main registration type in the absence group, right? In the details of that absence type, you should define the preferred consumption sequence in the Limit Allocation Settings, e.g. to tell the system that the absence limit with the earliest due date has to be consumed first. An example:
