Insufficient access rights.You cannot remove Employee data

Hi All,
I’m trying to delete an employee under a specific company, but I’m encountering an "insufficient rights" error. Could anyone please advise what access or permissions are required to perform this action?

@Sowmiya : Try with ‘HR Application Manager’ access. If it is already available, check if any other information is linked with employee ID which you want to delete.
