Hi,

Does IFS have any integration with Mastercard to automatically import employee credit card transaction data from the bank?

Currently, the IFS credit card import requires manual file uploads, and I’m wondering if there’s a way to automate this process to pull transaction data directly from the bank.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

​@Nayomi Kariyawasam : There is no automatic Integration available to pull data directly from bank. It is suggested to create the new integration for this purpose. Once credit card statement is ready, bank can transfer the file to secured path and IFS can pull that file through new Integration.

You can automate the credit card if the bank can provide a SFTP location where the credit card transaction file will be send periodically. Here’s the brief setup we did for several customers.

  • Bank provided a SFTP location details where the credit card transactions were put on daily basis
  • That SFTP location was setup as a SFTP reader in IFS
  • Credit card routing rules were changed to pick from the SFTP reader, and an additional transformer was created to convert the bank file format to IFS accepted XML format.
