I would imagine (need to confirm) that this is showing you the validity of the certificates. You posted this 18/01/2022.

 

The red cross line is an expired certificate. The valid to date is less than the current date.

 

The green crosses are indicating that the certificate is not valid yet. This is due to the Valid from date being in the future when compared to the current date
