you can attach it as usual. For example:
You can also do it with drag and drop. Hold the image and drop it in the white field.

Hope you are going to attach an image file. (If it is a word file you can attach it as Link has shown.) First you have to define Media item for the relevant LU, in Object Connections window by adding service list item MediaLibrary^ and then refresh cache.
Then in the Attachment panel in sales part window Media will start appearing. Then you can add image using Manage media option.

In Object Connections window, you have to add the Service item for Media Library as below (it it is for the window ‘Sales Part’).
