As far as I can see there is still no way to filter for “direct report” in the calendar view for Absence approval. In Team calendar you can by entering selection criteria.. - would have been good if it was the same in Absence approval. Something to enter as an idea:-)

And if your employee doesn’t have an absence in the period.. you don’t see them at all. This is a request I have come across too, for example when you are looking at the vacation plan - you want to see all, to be able to see if someone didn’t request.

However in the overviews it’s possible to filter on Direct report.

@KEGMARIE We do have the option to Filter Direct Reports in the Absence Approval Calendar VIEW as well.

But like @ADDMARIAE has mentioned, the current calendar ONLY shows the employees, if there are reported Absences. Because it’s similar to a list of Absences in the Overview Page.
