Headcount Plan Not Visible

Hi All,

May I know what is the reason the headcount plan is not visible in the “Headcount Plan” window but visible in the “Headcount Plan details” window ?

 

I have tries using the filter option but no luck.

Hi Nuwanthika,

You have tagged this question as App10, but screenshots are from IFS Cloud, are they not? Which version are you on?

As you point out you should see the all the headcount plans under page “Headcount Plan”. When you say that you have tried “filter” I guess you including changing the “Date valid on” as well? Otherwise try that. You can also try and create a new plan (and just delete it afterwards) - to see if all the other plans will appear.

You are also excluding the filter (magnifying glass) from the screenshots. Are you sure the filter is completely blank? Thus: clear filter, change “date valid on” and last step, try and create a new plan.
