Hello,

In Position Access Setup there is a possibility to switch on Including Position subordinates. Afterwards new employees at pointed position will be able to see employees at current and lower positions.

But in Position setup there is a filter by Organization as well. It is possible to switch on Organization subordinates as well. But manually. So every time when employee gets assignment on the position he can see employees in his organization, not employees in lower organizations.

Please think about settings where it’s possible to set up automatic switch on for Include Organization subordinates on Supervision - access setup form.
