Current time clock required touching the Clock In and Clock Out button on touch screen devices or using mouse and keyboard for other time clock enabled devices.

Has anyone developed a touch free solution with bar codes, RFID or other?

Hi John,

We've prototyped a facial recognition solution for IFS Time & Attendance.

Let me know if this sounds interesting.

Hi John,

we are using RFID Chips (KeyFob) in combination with ISGUS IT8200 Terminals. The clockings are transferred to a Microsoft SQL Express server and from there pushed to IFS via SOAP web service. Communication can be live so the employees get an immediate reply on the terminal that the clocking has been accepted. It’s also possible for the employees to register different absence types (smoking break, business trip...). They can also check their overtime hours or available vacation days.

You can use other Terminals like Kaba.

We have 2 to u screen panel and connected barcode reader USB.   So no need to touch the screen.
