Expense sheet : Blocking error despite employee properties and payment information being completed

Hi everyone,

I am encountering the error shown in the attached screenshot, although:

• The employee properties are populated.
• The payment information is also populated.
• I have clicked Authorize.

The attached screenshots show these details and the error I am receiving.

Could anyone explain why this is happening? Is there any additional setup or step I may be missing, and how can I resolve this issue?
