Hello,
we have in our company some employee that reports there activity in reality between 2 Organization Unit.
For exemple 20% on organisation A / 80% on organisation B 
Looking at the Assignment view in Oracle, it seems that is planned to be able to split the Employee on several Organisations.

 

 

Looking into IFS, it is a bit strange, because we can not partially assign to a specific Organization Unit. (as suggested in the Oracle view)


 


So the Question is if anyone knows if we can share an Employee on several Organisation Unit  as Primary ?

Hi Anthony,

You can split the distribution of an employee’s assignment using assignment type.

However, only one assignment can be considered as primary.

Thanks for this tips  and quick answer.

It is pretty clear.
We can assign an employee to several organisation but only one (the primary) is accountable for the Headcount evaluation.
