Hi All,

I need some help understanding the scores displayed on the Performance Evaluation Details screen:

  1. How is the Score in Performance Summary calculated?

 

  1. How can the Evaluator Score be updated? I believe this should be fetched from the score attached to the Performance Rating (Basic Data page), but it is not updating correctly. 

Any insights on the above would be appreciated.

Step 3 – Adding Objectives and General Performance.

•Manual Weightage option switched OFF – weightage that the user assigned in the performance period will be distributed equally.
•Manual Weightage option switched ON – weightage can be assigned by the user manually. Remaining weightage will be added automatically to the next objectives or general performance criteria.
