Employee Ethnicity Data

We are currently using Apps 8, and been asked whether IFS provides the ability to store Ethnicity data by standard against an employee record?

Please can someone confirm

Hi Shaun,

There is no standard field dedicated to “Ethnicity” in the Employee File.

To store this info, you can create a “Personality Characteristic” under the tab Personal => Basics => sub-tab “Personality”

or you can use one of the free field in the tab Employment => Info 1
