Hi All,

 

I noticed that our HR users can fill Employee’s Education Details and Save it. But once HR user refresh the screen, it will become disappeared. But IFSAPP owner can see the entered record. I checked the permission set and all required permissions to the Education Tab have been given.

Do we have any property to be enabled or ant other configuration?

 

​@TopMalinG : There is no separate access configuration for employee education. Whether this HR user is defined as ‘HR Application Manager’?

I have set this user as a “HR Application Manager”.
