When editing abroad expense sheet and entering the real times of travel, the upper header times do not reflect automatically in the destination times and if there is a mismatch, the edited times are not possible to save. When trying to edit the destination times first, again there is a mismatch with the header and thus it is not possible to save.

Hi,

When you register Travel Start Date & Time and Travel End Date & Time the fields Left Country Date & Time and Return to Country Date & Time will be automatically set with the same date and time.

If you change anything in Travel Start Date & Time and Travel End Date & Time  the fields Left Country Date & Time and Return to Country Date & Time will not be updated! You need to do that manually.

Hello,

I understand that. However, if you already entered the destination (in travel request) with the abroad travel times and then try to change the header in the expense sheet with the abroad travel times, the system gives you an error message because there is a discrepancy between the two. If you try to change the destination travel times - again there is a mismatch between the header and again error message appears. It is very user unfriendly, the users do not know how they should edit the times. The only possible solution is to delete the destination, then edit the header and then add the destination again. This is, however, not a very smart solution.

Thank you.

Iveta

Hi,

That´s correct - you need to delete the information in Destination if you want to change date or time on the expense. Information in Destination depends on the information saved in expense header.
