Good morning, We’re trying to delegate roles for someone temporarily (HCM > Manager Services > People and Organisation > Delegate Roles)We select the Person and click Advanced Mode. Click Next Ensure the Company is selected and the substitute is selected The date range is selected Click Finish Then we get the error message : Record for access already exists for the Employee/Person.I can’t see anything obviously already existing or wrong, has anyone seen this before or can point me to where I can troubleshoot Thanks in advance!

Good morning,

We’re trying to delegate roles for someone temporarily (HCM > Manager Services > People and Organisation > Delegate Roles)

Then we get the error message : Record for access already exists for the Employee/Person.

I can’t see anything obviously already existing or wrong, has anyone seen this before or can point me to where I can troubleshoot
