Would anyone know why the CSP screen is not populating when I create a new absence. I have created my sick pay configuration, parameters and relevant absence ID. It shows in the absence registration screen and is calculating correctly in the wage code but it is just not appearing in the entitlement section.

Have you checked below,
In the company sick pay configuration > Seniority ID, if you zoom into this you will direct to seniority setup window,
In here, please check “Employment type” of this selected employee is available here?
If not please connect the correct Employment type and check.

Hi @Nayomi Kariyawasam, thank you i have checked in there and they are all listed unfortunately, its strange as it is getting the entitlement correct in the absence overview screen it is just not populating the dates in that section.
