Looking for some information around how counselling plan in Apps10 IEE is used, why it is used, the basic data setup that is required to execute and how results are compared.
I also noticed that this is not available in Aurena and thereafter, How is it handled in Aurena and Cloud versions?

It is used to plan employee review meetings.
In IFS 10 it is quite strict how “counselors” are made available, a bit limited and also not possible cross company if you have a matrix structure.
The access handling is changed in IFS Cloud though.
And it is absolutely there in Aurena and also in IFS Cloud, just changed name :-) Search for review or appraisal.

Thank you for the response.
As you mentioned it is bit strict to use it in the apps10. Im unable to see the immediate supervisor of an employee as a counsellor when trying to setup a counselling plan.
He is definetely setup correctly as a supervisor of that employee, but the error messsge always says the PERSON has not been setup as a counsellor, Do you know what could be the reason for error? I will also check further and keep you updated tomorrow.
