Has anyone idea to use this bizapi ConnectivityProcessingHandler.processOutboxMessages. I generally using ConnectivityProcessingHandler.loadInboxMessages for inbound interface, but need to do same thing for outbound as well.

You need to write a bizapi (examples can be found in the ITS component)
and then configure the message class against the BIZAPI here
