Hello,

There is an issue with clockings showing up on the wrong day.  The workers are clocking in and out with the time clock terminal.

Here are the clockings in apps 10.

This is the cycle schedule is as follows:

Here are the day types:

11/16/25 is on the day type SHOPSUN, 11/15/2025 is day type OFF.

This is how the intervals show up:

The intervals have to be deleted and added to 11/16/2025.

Anyone have an idea of what could be cuasing this?

Thanks,

Hi,

This could be connected to how the day types are built. If they go from previous to current or current to next and also how early they start.

Let’s say you working time starts at 2 AM - when does the day type start - from when is the overtime interval before the normal time defined?

If day types overlap too much it can be hard for the system some times to decide what is actually the accounting day.

So in your case - if the day type starts on previous day the system might think that is the accounting day…

I would start testing by adjusting the day types if they are very “wide”

Regards,

Maria

Hi Maria,

Day Type OFF was set up as follows:

I changed it to extra time.

Then the clockings showed up in the correct day.

The time clock that is being used by the users is shown below.  From my experience and off day should not be defined with normal hours, but why would this make a difference on the account date?
