Clock in/out Sick Leave on calendar days

Hello All,

Could you please help on the set up below.

We have set up the Day Type WEEKEND as below.

The Client requires that the Sick Leave should be reflected on the Time Card Details  on the Week-end as well. The configuration has been done accordingly. Sick Leave is an absence in Calendar Days.

The client is using the functionality Clock in/out. While the Sick Leave is booked, it is sucessfully displayed in the Time Card Details, the calculated hours is correct. But  the clock in/out  12:00 - 12:00 Even though the Week-end Confirguration is 00:00. 

Is there any setup to make it as 00:00 instead of 12:00 - 12:00 on the Time Card Details? My regional settings is 24h.

Hi Caëlla,

In IFS Cloud (and Aurena App10) the ERP is not dependant on your setting on the computer. Since the system is web browser based, it is dependant on the settings in your browser.

By using the settings below, calendar, time etc. will the in Swedish standard; while the entire browser is run in English. If you do an equivalent setting with your local language (French?), you will solve the issue.

I have followed the steps

 

Unfortunately the hours is remaining 12:00 instead of 00:00

Hi again,

Not sure if it will help, but compare our screenshots. The English setting (2nd row) should have the text “This language is used to display Google Chrome UI”, not the French, as in your setup. You can achieve that by settings on the 3 dots to the right on each row.

Thank you for your reply. In fact, “Google Chrome UI” is “Interface Utilisateur de Google Chrome” in french :) 

 

Unfortunately the langage change did not update the hours so we had managed it with technical team and now it’s ok.
