We have received a new series of ID cards for programming and they have a brand new series of numbers. How do I change the setup so that it does not use any initial character and only reads the last 8 numbers on the ID card?
We’re not currently using the Time Clock functionality but when we looked into it we couldn’t get it to work unless all cards contained the same number of characters. It seem to cater for variable length strings.
The configuration enables you to skip characters at the start of the string but not to count from the last one (as far as we could tell). If you have a mixture of 9 & 10 digit cards you may struggle.
