Balance reconciliation schedule task error

Hello community,

I am getting this error everytime is running this schedule task.

IFSAPP has HR Application Manager access

So, does anyone knows why is raising this error? Or where can I give it the proper access to?

This is APP8.

Does IFSAPP has access to the entire organisation with the relevant HR access? HR application manager is not enough.

But how can I give a user like IFSAPP access to the entire organisation? Since is not an employee?
