Balance reconciliation job is taking longer than expected, takes around 9-10 hours to run; I’m wondering why is it so ? Could you please advise.

First thing I would check is if there are a lot of future absence reported that affects the balance you are reconciling.
When the balance reconciliation is performed it recalculated ALL future absence for ALL employees….
Sometimes employees by mistake enters absence for a very long period ….

No, I don’t see future absence requests reported, will there be any other probable reason why it’s taking longer than expected?
