Authorizing time entry

Thank you for your quick response.

As the issue is related to a customized form, I think it would be better to get the assistance as a consulting service. Kindly contact your IFS Consulting organization (or official IFS partner) by raising a new case using your consulting or partner support key  or via other channels as nominated by your consulting/partner organization.

Hi @NMALKI ,

Role Delegation functionality is used for circumstances of approving. Authorizing during the absence of a manager. However since the window you’ve mentioned is a Customization, I cannot guarantee whether the Role Delegation functionality would work there.
