We are newly launching Cloud (25R2) and are evaluating the HCM module which we purchased. I am hoping to make contact with IFS users who are making full use (or mostly full use) of the IFS features for HR.

Are any clients successfully using the HCM features from IFS Cloud?

I’ve implemented HCM for over 15 years and customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive with regards the newer functionality available in cloud.
Most customers roll out the employee and absence functionality initially, often alongside time & attendance and expenses, then gradually implement other functions such as health & safety, performance management and salary planning. What features are under consideration for your project?
+1We are proceeding now with the Learning Management module for employee training tracking. We are licensed for all the HCM functions except for time-clocking and my VP of HR is interested to speak with anyone who has done further implementation like the performance management and salary planning
