The HR department needs the ability to create records for candidates who have already been offered a position.
In the HCM module, there is an Applicant object available; however, it does not meet our requirements because:
- it is visible to all users who have access to the view,
- there is no possibility to restrict access at the entity/company level,
which in practice makes it unsuitable for secure use.
Additionally, it is required that such a record supports an approval workflow.
