Applicant ID is not generated under Recruitment Identities

Hello All,

 

Applicant ID is not generated automatically in Recruitment Identities.

When we try to create new record under Applicant data and we couldn’t find the Receive Application Letter options/screen to create an applicant ID.

Please suggest
