Absence not working as expected when the limit is set at working hours

HI All,

When trying to register an absence while the absence is set to ‘Working Hours’ I receive the below error message despite there is sufficient absence available in the allocation. Please let me know the suggestions

Hi,

Could it be a date issue? Hard to say when we don’t see the limit definition but for what date is the absence and for what dates is the limit valid?

Do you have to accrue it before using…  Just some suggestions

Thank you so much for the response. I'm trying to register the absence for the period starting from 6th of February 2024 to 9th of FEB 2024. Below is the screen shot of the absence limit which is highlighted in yellow.

I want my absence to take effect of the employment start date and not calendar year. I'm trying to set this up for Rolling year.

hmmm…. Is this a limit that considers proportion? What is the setting on this parameter?
