Absence limit Allocation

Hi All,

I have an employee and I haven’t  allocate any absence limit to this person, and yet when I tried to register a leave under his name, the system allows me to apply any type of leaves.

 

But the duration shows as 0.

 

Appreciate your support to solve this matter.

Please check if this employee has connected to a work hour schedule with correct working hours?

Yes, this employee is connected to a work schedule.

Was the date booked a working day for the employee?

If not can you open Employee Schedule information and send a screenshot? Also worth sending a screenshot of the absence configuration screen for the absence group being used.
