This information is not visible in App 10, as far as my research has taken me.
This page on App 10 provides the most details regarding absence requests, however unfortunately without the details you require. A custom field could be created to get this information.

As my understand in IFS10 there is no any window to view Authorizer Id, Authorized Date.
But in the history log window you can set the absence history. screenshot is attached for you reference. If you want to any support let me know.
