@akekapol Probably the application server should be down, did you try contacting your internal admin on this issue?

Hi guys,

Could you please share log file on ifs9 find out error log for ifs9 can’t connect ?

Thank you

More information under “View Detail” would be helpful. If it’s an error 500 then you’re having problems with your oracle server.

https://host.domain.com:port/admin will get you to the admin page for your apps 9 environment where you can then click the “IFS Middleware Server Admin Console”

You’re going to need credentials though.

After that, you can see the status of the main cluster, integration cluster, http, data sources etc.

If the IntServer is having issues you can restart it from the admin console, if the main cluster is having issues, then I believe you’ll need to bounce the middleware.

I hope this is helpful, we’re on apps 10, not 9, but I believe things are pretty similar.

Hi @lmencke ,

Let me check  view detail first and will answer again.
