I am new here and I don’t know if this question is posted in the right place or not.
My question is about the Support Hierarchy and how can we implement our support structure in the system.
Our support structure is like this:
- Department
- Section
- Service Group
- Section
In real life, our IT sector consists of different IT departments --NW/IS/SS/Sys...etc., each department has number of sections, each section has one or more service group(s).
So each service group is linked to a section, and each section is linked to a department.
Is it possible to reflect this in the system? and if yes, would you please share how to do this?
