For a particular Inventory part (Shop Order), I am getting the Shortage notification when I use the command to Receive the Shop Order Manually.  However, if I use the WaDaCo process “Receive shop order”, I do not get the notification.  Is there something in WaDaCo that supresses this notification?

Hi, I’m not a WaDaCo expert by any stretch but I beleive that if you look at the configuration for the shop order receipt. The value that is set to No is the fixed value. If these are set to Yes in your configuration that is being used then this would explain why it didn’t give a notification. Hope that helps - if they are set to No then I’m afraid you need to ask others.
