Reservation detail

Hi all,

 

Despite the reserved qty on the Inventory Parts In Stock page is greater than zero when I clicked to the reservation detail, the page appears blank.

What could be the reason for this? How can I access the reservation detail for the relevant line?

Hi Ozge;

 

I suggest you reconsider your filtering options. You may have filtered incorrectly.

We have had this issue time from time and have had to request something from IFS to fix the issue. It is like the reservation got stuck and didn't finish out.

Hello Ms. Özge;Yes, we experience this problem from time to time. I don't know if it is a bug in IFS. I fix it like this:First of all, I physically check the stock. If the reservation does not actually exist, I update the "qty_reserve" field of the inventory_part_in-stock_tab. If there is a reservation, I update the relevant table (for example customer_order_rezervasyon_tab)
