Can you show me an example of the quality module that can be used everywhere?

Dear @burak.cetin

Here is an IFS document on quality management. There are many ways to control an object in IFS. It may be a purchase order, an inventory part, a manufacturing process and so on…

You need to understand the quality process first And from the document you can see where, when and how to proceed on IFS.

Kind Regards

Hi Burak,
where do you want to measure quality?
One of my IFS customer measures at the following points.
Manufacturing: “raw” product.
Store: random samples.
Purchase: do quality checks on incoming material.

They also do NCR = non conformity reports.
Especially in the area of “customer complaints”
