In Project Activities where “Use Work Task Qty/Progress” is checked progress of that activity is calculated by RMB > “Calculate Estimated Progress” the question is that can we calculate progress of all activities on that Project in on go or we will go one by one in each activity and calculate progress.
Any help in this regard will highly be appreciated

No manual steps are required to calculate the progress of activates, the system does it. Of course the Progress Method is Manual then the progress needs to be updated manually. Like in your scenario. Otherwise system calculate it based on the method per activity.

Progress of the activity is carefully calculated and entered in the activity when manual progress is used. To make things more complicated, the manual progress can be entered in the Activity Level, or Cost/ Revenue Element level. I think that is why such a bulk update was not considered.
But I can understand your requirement, in real life scenarios there can be such instances.
