PO Line with no Purchase Group

I have a no part order line that was received with no purchase group. Then was unreceived and cancelled. At this point we can’t add a purchase group since the line is cancelled, so how do I push through to clear my status 99s?

Have the same issue. Cannot close the month. Did you get any solution for this?
