Hello,

I am struggling with packing instruction application

I have created a packing instruction of 1 palett and 5 boxes under the root packaging for testing

But I cannot add it either on the shop order neither in the product structure and I am not sure what I am doing wrong - can you please advise?

´Thank you for your support,

Sometimes the help texts come in handy!

You need to define the pack capacity for the lowest level handling unit type and UoM of the manufactured for the part.

Yes, I tried that but anyway I am not sure how the part handling unit works in that case. All I can do is to place maximum amount of palet but not of the packing instruction structure?

@PetaKu As mentioned int he help text, you must defined the max capacity for the handling unit type defined on the lowest level in your packing instruction. So if you can pack 5 PCS in a box and then place 4 boxes on a pallet, you should defined the capacity for the box and the system will allow you to connect any packing instruction using this box on its lowest level.
