Hello all ,

 

Is there a way to retrieve all customer orders that have not had their order confirmations sent?

I considered using the customer_order_history table but couldn't find a proper method to utilize it.

I think it's a quick report

Could you use the column in the Customer Orders overview form where you states it’s not printed?  

 

Suppose there are two scenarios. 
 

Do you want to see all customer orders where the user or the system hasn’t triggered the Order Confirmation, or is it that you want to see all customer orders where the order confirmation has been triggered, however the order confirmation hasn’t been successfully sent to the customer?

Can you not just search for orders where the Order Confirmation = Not printed?

Yes ​@Hanane it was in the Cloud version but as you flagged it’s also available in IEE
