Can you check the server error logs for more detailed error on MWS?
server logs path is under IFS_HOME/wls_domain/servers/

Check all managed servers and Admin server logs. (also http server if necessary)

Also please check if services are up and running (using Middleware admin console)
Sometimes we get error on reconfiguring (after certain time), but servers get started at the backend.

Reconfiguration completed with errors but Application didnt started

repository\server\install_fndmws.xml:321: Failed to deploy applications. Error is: Error when deploying applications: com.oracle.cie.domain.script.jython.WLSTException: Failed to deploy application, cannot connect to AdminServer!

Was there any recent change deployed?
Seems like the deployment issue.

Did you manage to login to middleware admin console?

Can you check in admin server logs, what is the error you are getting?
Also, check if database is up and running.

Error says unable to connect to Admin server.
If you are on ifs10, can you restart the ALL services using mws-svr.cmd script?

Script can be found under IFS_Home folder.
Make sure to run as administrator and i assume you know “ifs” user password as it might require while restart.
