How do we extract all the message routing rules in the source environment and move it to the target environment.? The package deployment doesn’t support Message Routing Rules. Is there a way to extract them in any format (XML ,json, etc ). Looking for some ideas. Thanks!

Once the file is created, you could use the Import Configuration screen to import the file in the target enviornment.
