Hi all,

 

When I would to issue a serially tracked part, I get the following error on the material requisition page. 
What might be causing the problem, how can I solve it? 
"Operational Status <In Operation> is not allowed when Current Position is <Issued>"

Hi,

Check the Serial Structure information & set the operational status to ‘out of operation’

Can you share a screenshot of the process?
By the way, the relevant serial part was procured via a purchase order.

I could issue after change the operation status to Out of Operation on serial object page.
