In the assist management, when a ticket (request was raised, it duplicated the message in the mail for the affected department

have you checked that there aren’t, for example, 2 separate Event Actions enabled and both handling the same scenario?

 

Or similarly 2 separate Mail Senders both sending individual emails?

from the info provided I do not know which IFS version you’re working with but Custom Events and connected Actions can be found:

  • IFS Cloud // Solution Manager > Configuration > Event > Events
  • IFS10 IEE // Solution Manager > User Interface > Custom Objects > Events 

And Senders:

  • IFS Cloud // Solution Manager > Integration > IFS Connect > Setup IFS Connect > Senders
  • IFS10 IEE // Solution Manager > Integration > IFS Connect > Setup IFS Connect > Connector Senders
